While corporate bookings can take place on the platform of your choice, ticketed Online Magic Shows will be held using the free Zoom Cloud Meetings app. In an effort to protect our performers' creative content, you will need to have a Zoom account. You can sign up with a free Zoom account in advance, using your email address, and create a login and password. It's worth it and necessary to gain access. You MUST log into Zoom with your account, and then join the meeting using the MEETING ID and PASSWORD provided by email just before the show.
You will be e-mailed the MEETING ID and PASSWORD shortly before the show, so please CHECK YOUR SPAM, as it will most likely go to that folder. If you opt-in to receiving text messages, you will also receive a text when the e-mail is sent.

The "DOORS" to the virtual theatre will open 15 minutes before showtime to get people "seated". Please arrive on time, as the show will start promptly at the scheduled time.
Zoom can be downloaded for ANDROID on GOOGLE PLAY HERE, for APPLE in the APP STORE HERE, for Microsoft WINDOWS HERE. After purchasing your ticket from the specific event page, and just hours before the show, you will be provided with a "Meeting ID" number and "Password". You will need to log in to the Zoom app and enter the Meeting ID and Password when joining the show. Different shows are available, with the dates and times listed on the Shows/Tickets page).
MICROPHONE: When entering the virtual theatre, you will be muted. Please reduce any background noise if you'd like to fully enjoy the theater experience. We will ask participants to unmute their microphone at some points during the show to enhance experience. If you have a noisy background you cannot avoid, please do not join your audio. It will be a better experience if we can all hear the show and the volunteers, not to count how clapping and cheering can help the performer! Please be present and keep it classy and respectful for all in attendance so we can all enjoy a positive moment in time!

CAMERA: At this point in time, we all like see smiling and laughing faces, even if only on camera! We encourage everyone to keep their cameras on so we can fully simulate a theatrical show. If you'd like to be considered for a volunteer, please ensure your video feed and microphone are both turned ON. Please be respectful to others, be present, and enjoy the show! If in a quiet environment, you can leave your microphone on to interact with the rest of the audience during the show. You can also use Chromecast or Apple TV to cast your screen to your TV, but please just pay attention to any possible feedback in the audio, and you may want to turn off your microphone when casting.

Shows will be periodically recorded and demo content produced. You do not have to have your camera or microphone on to enjoy the show, but it will be necessary for any volunteers!
